Family Hub beta

Open Apple’s TestFlight app, select Family Hub, and choose Send Beta Feedback. Include what you were doing, what happened, and the app version. Review screenshots before sharing to avoid including private family information.

Our public support mailbox, support@qubedtechnology.com, is being set up. Until it is verified, beta testers should use TestFlight feedback.

Account and child data

For a deletion or privacy request during testing, send beta feedback requesting account or child-profile deletion. Do not include passwords, unlock PINs, or sign-in codes. In-app deletion is being prepared for the public release.

Subscriptions

Apple manages App Store billing. You can review subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Removing an app or account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

For Amazon purchases, open Your Orders, select the order, and use Amazon’s seller-contact or order-support options.
